Pangasinanes Annual Picnic at Gellert Park
Aug. 9, 2009 - Daly City, Ca- The United Pangasinanes of America (UPA) recently held its Annual Potluck Picnic at Gellert Park in Daly City, California. Milpitals Mayor Jose "Joe" Esteves (Affiliation -Dagupan City) was one of the attendees.
Awards were given to young Pangasinenses who were very active in this prestigious FILAM organization, among them are Hunter Padilla, son of former UPA President Engr. Alvin Padillla.
